At the national congres of the Royal Dutch rowing federation the website of the World Rowing Junior Championships is launched.

During the congress the positive impresion of the WU 23 is mentioned. The experience of the WU23 and the international recognition of the renewed Bosbaan, is the basis of this years effort to improve at the WRJC.
